Forget to add lastest block "online?"(sensing_online)

I don't know which repository I should submit this issue to. So I submit in this.

In short, TurboWarp add a new block named "online?"

I hope 02Engine can join this block to editor.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It brought our attention to an oversight on our side.
Our team lead aims to maintain compatibility with TurboWarp; however, we failed to review TurboWarp’s latest progress in a timely manner.

My primary responsibility within the team is the development of the scratch-gui repository. Separately, I have also been working on a TurboWarp-like editor. The sensing_online block does exist in TurboWarp, but I found it challenging to internationalize correctly. This appears to be a longer-term issue that still requires further work.

At present, our team does not work extensively on scratch-blocks. You may consider copying this issue to the scratch-blocks repository, where it would be more appropriate to discuss.
