Change String: Remove old stop-start and end-begin equals string length so it's the same as the stack code #319
Description
Problem
The problem is that it confusing to work with. Stop-start being the string length makes sense in a vacuum, but not outside of one. I'm overwriting the stack around the str variable in the String unit test.
