Describe the bug
the effect of posion,wither,regen does not apear on defrent players it only apears for ur self and also the cold effect works fine for both
How To Reproduce
lunch game and enable Show effects in the settings and try giving any other player wither / poison /regen it wont show
Expected behavior
make the effects apear on players

- Minecraft Version: 1.21.11
- Java Version latest
- Mod Version latest for 1.21.11
