Feature request: Mounting multiple drives #46

Sorry if this is already possible, I couldn't see anything in the readme.
It would be useful if it was possible to mount multiple drives at the same time with the run command. Currently it doesn't seem possible to run the tool in two terminal windows as the second one fails to start, giving the error
