Evaluate AF3 best methods on BP3C50ID (bepipred train/test set)

Using bepipred's data and scoring model, use AF3 to create a per-residue score for amino acids in BP3C50ID's focal proteins. For per-residue score, let's try PLDDT and RSA to start, or whatever we learn works best in #7 and #8.

Then, use the AUC method described in the paper to compare this method to Bepipred 3.0. Produce a subscore for the train and test separately.
