Add feature of selecting a color scheme as the Dimension MasterItem color

Hi,

As discussed, it would be great if you could select the color scheme, for a Master Dimension, by adding the scheme name in the MasterItemColor field in the spreadsheet. The reason is that with Feb 18 release one could create their own color scheme which can be controlled in the MasterScript extension.

This is not clear how to do at the moment in the engine. These color maps are managed by the client using methods internal to Qlik, so when get clearer view of how this is stored i can add the functionality.
