Initialize View to Arbitrary Position

When initialized currently the view is positioned at the top left corner of the image. Make provision to open the view to any other location and perhaps provide a 'center' boolean to auto center the view when first displayed.

i keep getting no image when i try to build the app..??
was working before at one time i try it out..
and im having trouble implementing your solution..

okay nice.. im use some other zoom function now for my swiftui app and its not living up to the task..
and came across your situation and try it out and worked very nice but now i cant get it ot work again :D

I'm a disappointed in the API for the SwiftUI ScrollView. Puzzled too because setting it to an an arbitrary position is a very common use-case. it dont start up on device but works fine on simulator.. its say
dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/SwiftUIImageFramework.framework/SwiftUIImageFramework
