Merge Sanket Fixes to AWE Components #5
Description
Once #1 is complete we will need to incorporate the prior efficiency fixes located in ArgLab_AWE_Components. These are located on branches labeled sanket-* and detail simple drop in replacements for data structures that make use of more efficient matrix calculations rather than the rough models used by Paul in the first version. They have not been incorporated yet because we lack the testing infrastructure to verify them.
Once that testing is in place these changes need to be moved over to branches on this version of the code, tested, and verified. That could be delegated if the testing is ready.
