python-asana version requirements not specified

As far as I can tell, the [python-asana](https://github.com/Asana/python-asana) version requirements for the [python examples](https://github.com/Asana/devrel-examples/tree/master/python) are not specified in this repo. The same goes for any other python packages used (e.g., Flask).
