[Bug]: Notch/Display cutout is unstable and misaligned in fullscreen apps or on screen rotation

A bug occurred! 🐞
The notch on the screen behaves erratically when the screen is rotated or applications are opened in full screen, when returning to the home screen.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any app that supports both portrait and landscape modes (e.g., YouTube or a browser).
2. Rotate the device to landscape mode.
3. Return to main screen
