[Bug]: essential notification

❗ What happened?

When essential notification is there ,the clear all / notification history etc portion is hidden..
So imagine one essential notification is there and 5 normal notification so that one noti will effect other notis too....so it's a very hectic to clear one by one..
So if possible add that clear all section for essential notification too..
Its very handy
