[QUERY] Telemetry uses deprecated az.namespace

OpenTelemetry Semantic Conventions have deprecated az.namespace attribute but it is still in use (see here).

Are there any plans to move Azure SDK to use the new OTel semantic conventions?

Why is this not a Bug or a feature Request?

Use of a deprecated attribute for some time is for sure allowed.
Besides that azure sdk team might decide to not follow OTel semantic conventions.

Thanks for filing this issue @Flarna, I'll follow-up once we decide how we want to update this (likely outcome for now will be continuing to populate az.namespace while also populating the replacement tag azure.resource_provider.namespace)
