Describe the bug

action deployment to azure static web app suddenly failing (after a few good runs)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to cursor
2. Click on commit changes to gihub
3. actions starts and fails after 50 sec (successfull runs before took 1:50)
4. The content server has rejected the request with: BadRequest
   Reason: No matching Static Web App was found or the api key was invalid.
   token was refreshed, updated on github.

nothing changed, just stopped working.
