Slice View Sync #34
Description
When using the mouse wheel, the image slice should be synced and shown to other users.
We currently have a properly working functionality, but are limited by 50 requests being sent to a server.
A solution we are attempting is to wait a fixed amount of time after the mouse wheel stops moving to send the slice to the user as to avoid the request limit.
