error in snaps

Whenever I try to use the snaps through the following learning steps that you have provided. it says Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:/Users/hp/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python39/snaps3.py", line 3, in
import snaps
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'snaps'

Please help!
