Installation blocked by Microsoft Defender

Not sure if I'm stating the obvious here, but I cannot install on one of the PCs I use due to it being blocked by Windows Defender.
I tried with the latest version 0.9.37-1:

Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

On this PC I do not have the option to "Run anyway" after clicking "more info" due to policy.
This applies to both the installer an the portable app.

Yes, that’s expected at the moment. The Windows installer and portable executable are currently not code-signed, so SmartScreen shows them as coming from an “Unknown publisher”.

On systems where “Run anyway” is disabled by policy, there unfortunately isn’t a user-side workaround for that. A code-signing certificate would be needed to avoid this warning.

Code signing comes with an ongoing cost. Since FerrumPix is currently a free, non-commercial project and does not generate any revenue, signed builds are not planned for the time being.

If the project receives sponsorship or other financial support in the future, official code signing and notarization may be added.

Just an idea, and since I stumbled across FerrumPix through Immich: the latter is backed by FUTO. Maybe worth exploring.
