We built AsterPay = EUR off-ramp for x402 payments

The flow:
BlockRun user pays USDC via x402 → You settle → AsterPay converts → EUR in your bank 🇪🇺

Why it matters:

• European merchants need EUR, not USDC in a wallet
• MiCA-compliant infrastructure
• SEPA Instant: <30 min to bank
