Error with Windows 7 on a Toshiba Satellite L25 S1196

When i launch butterscotch, it keeps crashing with this windows error dialogue. I've built it myself, gotten it from here, actually havent tried an older version, huh. but i cant launch the game, it jsut crashes at the second "VM: Reset complete (44206 global vars cleared)". The error dialogue is as follows;-

What game did you try to run?

I tried to run deltarune chapter 3 but, even with undertale or other games, it crashes. The executable works fine on my pc, but crashes on win7 on my toshiba satellite. It's a 21 year old 32bit pc.

the game works on win7 starter on virtualbox with 2gigs ram and 1 core (same as the toshiba) so idk what's wrong.
The Toshiba has a • Intel Celeron® M Processor 360 1.40GHz, 1MB L2, 400MHz FSB• ATI RADEON® XPRESS 200M Chipset with 128mb VRAM and 2 gigabytes of ram. it has a 500 gig hdd (i upgraded it). It just has 1 core, and idk what's wrong.

It seems that your graphics card does not support OpenGL framebuffer objects (your graphics card only seems to support up to OpenGL 2.0)

The graphics card DOES support DirectX 9 however, so @wmjb's d3d9 renderer may work fine #117

the d3d9 runner is really buggy
i compiled it and it crashed when doing anything. the text was also messed up.
