Replacing nghttp2-asio dependency

Because nghttp2-asio is no longer maintained, is there another library that would provide equivalent functionality?

Unfortunately, we are not aware of any other C++ asynchronous HTTP/2 server library, and we do not really have any abstraction layer built between the server and the HTTP implementation. We decided to maintain a fork considering that:

• the maintenance problem only affects the C++ async bindings,
• the nghttp2 implementation itself is well-maintained,
• we're sitting behind a reverse proxy.
