Missing dependency: scikit-learn

In the Catalog1 conversion notebook it is used the scikit-learn module.
It should be added in the python requirements.txt file

Thank you for the feedback. For the IPython notebooks we have not prepared any virtual environment: the Python packages required by those notebooks are not reflected in the requirements.txt file.
