Physically changing monitors causes the app to silently crash #195

Describe the bug
I switched my main monitor from HDMI to DisplayPort. After that switch AutoAction refuses to launch at all, it would just show the splash screen and quit. Had to delete the UserSetttings.json, losing all my setup to make it work again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have your screen connected to a specific output on your PC.
  2. Switch to a different output, for ex. from HDMI1 to DP1 or HDMI2 etc.. Making Windows recognize the display as a different one than before.
  3. Try to start AutoActions
  4. Silently fail.

Expected behavior
The easiest solution would probably be an error message, saying which profiles/apps have errors and need reconfiguration. Possible remap the apps to the new screen?
