We should have the expectations for pull requests and merging laid out in a section of the readme.

Expectations as in?

It can be as simple as ' you need X number of approvals before you can merge '
Or as complex as ' this is how you should format your description '

But mostly just how many approvals are needed, We should be using 'Squash and Merge' when they are merged.
