For consideration: improving tutorial management

Two proposed ideas:

• Public Github Wiki page with tutorials instead of pdf
• Tutorial codes to be included and tested in main repository to ensure they are all still valid after further development.

Note that, for the wiki page, one can refer directly to the code on the repo and display chunks of code, improving reliability and reducing risks of typos.
