Allow eboard to change what directorship a meeting is

Right now if someone accidentally submits the wrong directorship for a meeting they either have to resubmit or ask an rtp to change it, which isn't ideal. It would be cool if they could change what kind of meeting it is in the same place that they can edit attendance (i think this is a thing guys i'm not on eboard i wouldn't know)
