Handling Finder issues involving target properties brought attention to domain inconsistencies. E.g., ceterms:targetJob domain is ceterms:ConditionPofile. Targets are not necesarily conditions. They are a "...target of the resource."

The target___ properties are a bit of a mess. There is no consistency in what we mean by "target".

Whatever the original intent, many have become just properties that mean "related resource of a given type". It's a shame when that happens because dumbing down our predicates is going to make it more difficult to map CTDL to ontologies like ELM.

But some still have some meaning that is specific to a domain: what it means to be the "target" of an Assessment and target of a ConditionProfile is different and somewhat specific to assessments and conditions.
