organization-contributor is falsely being displayed as people-contributor in JSON

For 10.2514/3.50573 and 10.2514/3.20136, the contributors were incorrectly deposited as <organization> and not as a person. These DOIs should be fixed by the member, but the REST API should not be falsely showing an organization-contributor as a people-contributor.
