Store Whenever a user responds to a PM

Whenever a reddit client/node receives a response add an option which allows us to pass the message to the API which can then send the data to the Discord bot & Dashboard

How?

• Update Reddit Bot to check for PM responses
• Pass the Data to the API
• API informs the Dashboard & Discord-Bot of the update
• Dashboard Shows new PM in logs? section
• Discord bot will post the update in the specified channel.

An alternative option instead of using the Discord-Bot is to pass a webhook through which the API will call this puts less load on the Discord-Bot (could be minimal?) even if it is a little less load would be better if it achieves the same thing.
