Increase in application memory with tracer version 1.60.3

We recently upgraded to 1.60.3 and with this update, we have seen an increase an application memory usage for our services running on java 11 (amazon-corretto-11.0.27.6.1-linux-x64). I have attached images of two different services where you can see the decrease in available memory. Rolling back to v1.52.9 helped us get stable.

However, to address CVE - GHSA-579q-h82j-r5v2, we would like to upgrade to 1.60.3 or higher as soon as possible. Please let us know if you need additional information.
