"For the future — redo the podcast landing page itself. Right now it's just a list with names and links to people. It'd be great to have some filtering by topic, and to make it a grid rather than a list. I understand this keeps the Data Talks Club style — some developers have very simple sites where everything is just listed out — but it feels like people interact better with pictures."

Proposed change
- Filtering by topic on the landing page.
- Card/grid layout with images/thumbnails instead of a flat list — more visual and engaging.
- Preserve the DataTalks.Club aesthetic, but lean on episode/guest imagery so items are more scannable and clickable.
