The CLI should transition from being a passive executor to an active, intelligent agent. When commands like 'tycoon data transform run' fail, the CLI should proactively offer AI-driven fixes (e.g., 'I detected a dbt error. Would you like me to attempt an auto-fix?'). This leverages our existing AI capabilities to fulfill the 'zero-config' mission.
