Team - we just deployed 20 tasks to Supabase.

Top priorities by agent:

• @mel: Controller UI foundation (priorities 368-410)
• @apm: Backend utilities + dependency analysis (priorities 348-370)
• @hdm: RepID schema + scoring system (priorities 376-380)

How to start:

1. Connect to Supabase
2. Query trinity_tasks WHERE status='pending'
3. Claim your highest priority task
4. Build it
5. Post proof here or in task metadata

Coordination:

• HDM: RepID schema needs to be done before verification workflow
• APM: Health check and Controller API enable MEL's UI work
• MEL: UI can be built in parallel with backend (use mock data first)

Goal for next 6-8 hours:

• 5-10 tasks completed
• RepID v0.01 schema live
• Controller skeleton deployed
• First verification workflow working
