Description
- Parquet source file URL has been updated with https://oedi-data-lake.s3.amazonaws.com/ATB/electricity/parquet/2024/v3.0.0/ATBe.parquet by the data maintainers. Old link doesn't work.
- Update the data pipeline with this process as alternative, while download fails from parquet source
