Add tests before deploying the website

Should test the website before deploying to AWS S3.

Packages to look at:

• html-proofer https://github.com/gjtorikian/html-proofer (see https://github.com/riboseinc/open.ribose.com/blob/master/Rakefile#L81)
• other html linters?
