Support for gemini-cli

Hi I tried getting this to work with gemini-cli and even though the mcp server is live and skills are installed, gemini still defaults to its ReadFile tool and other commands like cat/ head/ grep etc. Additional the incremental indexer is not triggered automatically but gemini still locks the db.

Any ideas on how to get this working or maybe an official guide ?
