[BUG] Error 1638 when installing vcredist during UnigetUI installation on ARM64 #4527

Please confirm these before moving forward
- I have searched for my issue and have not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
- I have tested that this issue has not been fixed in the latest (beta or stable) release.
- I have checked the FAQ section for solutions.

Describe your issue
When running the new UnigetUI ARM64 installer, when it attempts to install vcredist, a message box with error 1638 (another version already installed) appears. If "Ignore" is clicked, the installation proceeds and completes successfully.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Clean install UnigetUI with the ARM64 installer, on a system that has version 14.50.35719 of vcredist (for ARM64, x64 and x86) already installed.
