DRAFT: Naming pass (precision, Limits alignment, Array1D/Table hints)

Closed — folded into #392.

With DataType dropped (coretl's review on #402), the naming pass falls out of the *Meta typed-dict design: precision, nested Limits (with inheritance rules), and Array1D/Table hints are all defined in #392. No separate rename pass needed.

Redirect: this naming pass was folded into #392, but #392 has since been split (it was too large for one session). The naming pass now lives in #413 along with the rest of the DataType → *Meta work — precision, nested Limits with inheritance, and Array1D/Table as both hint and runtime structure. #392 is now the getter/setter half only.
