Highland Biome Generation (1.20.1/3.2.5)

Don't know if it was intentional but the highland biome from Biomes O Plenty seems to have been overlooked in world generation in 3.2.5, I think. It generates regular spruce trees instead of dynamic ones which feels inconsistent.
