not sure what the point of this would be, since even with DMA version I would need an interrupt after 1 DMA transfer so I can parse and resent the latest character...so basically 1 interrupt per character received which is the same exact thing as using interrupt for the UART itself....so this might be non-issue...ill think about it some more
