SystemLogParser
v Build 0.13.3.0
Win Server 2019

Installed. Help file documents the preferences.xml as part of the installation in user path. Does not exist anywhere on disk.
Tried to create, based on image in help file, but the third line is cropped from image.

For our workflow using SystemLogParser, I was actually looking to set our defaults for Server URL (Web), Log Location (FS, IIS) and other choices, which are not shown in the sample preferences.xml image - maybe this is a feature request as well as a bug report!
