Update the readme file to include instructions on setting the alwaysUseProxy property in app.js

If secured services are used in the application, the alwaysUseProxy property in app.js needs to be set to true. It would be helpful for the user if this is documented in the readme file.

You shouldn't need to set the alwaysUseProxy property to true because you only need to proxy the secure service requests. You can do this by setting up a proxy rule.

In the instructions section there's a code block that has an example of adding a proxy rule for one service - in the example its route.arcgis.com.

@kellyhutchins the code for setting the proxy rule needs to be added in the app.js file as well, is this correct? If this is the case users that are not familiar with the code might not be able to figure that they have to put it in the app.js. Woud it be a good idea for us to document it or do we think that users should be able to find it?

Good point @afili I'll work on updating the read-me to contain more details on setting up the proxy.
