Hi @Rokiers, there is no first-party opencode adapter yet -- only Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Kiro are wired up as of v1.78.x. Leaving help wanted + good first issue open for that reason.

The reason the other adapters work out of the box is that they all expose a "run this shell command at event X" hook (SessionStart / PostToolUse / Stop in Claude Code, equivalents in Kiro, etc.), and the three Evolver scripts (evolver-session-start.js, evolver-signal-detect.js, evolver-session-end.js) are plain stdin -> stdout JSON filters that any such hook can run directly.

opencode does not have an equivalent "run a command" hook yet, but it does expose a plugin system with event, tool.execute.after, and stop hooks. So the integration path is a thin opencode plugin that shells out to the three scripts. Rough sketch for ~/.config/opencode/plugin/evolver.ts:

Two things to know:

1. The scripts are idempotent and read nothing but stdin, so the same three files installed by evolver --install-hooks claude-code can be reused as-is.
2. The tool_input.* shape used above is what the recently-merged fix(adapters): read tool_input.* in signal-detect for Claude Code #522 taught evolver-signal-detect.js to read, so you need v1.78.2+ on npm once that release lands; on older versions wrap the payload to put content / file_path at the top level.

A proper first-party src/adapters/opencode.js (with a config-hook-based registration of the plugin plus a managed marker in AGENTS.md / opencode.json) is what would make this officially supported. If anyone wants to contribute it, the Kiro adapter (src/adapters/kiro.js) is the closest existing pattern to copy -- same "one config file, one hooks dir, one AGENTS.md section" shape. I will happily review a PR; otherwise it is on the adapter backlog.
