Is there support for Atlassian's RovoDev?

I've been using Rovo Dev for a while, is it possible to use OpenSpec with it?

@AshMcConnell if Rovo Dev supports AGENTS.md openspec can work with it.

Contrary to popular belief you don't need slash commands to make openspec works. We feed in extra information to your agent so it knows about openspec. You can use openspec workflows by just telling the agent what you want done. (Your coding agent needs to support AGENTS.md though)

Thanks for the reply, I didn't get a notification for some reason. It seems to support .agent.md. I thought it needed slash commands, I'll take another look at the documentation.

Do I just ask it add an openspec proposal? e.g. "Can you add an openspec proposal to add a FAQ page to the website"

Quick update: OpenSpec no longer integrates via AGENTS.md — it now installs per-tool Agent Skills (SKILL.md files). Rovo Dev CLI reads project skills from .agents/skills/<name>/SKILL.md (Atlassian docs), and OpenSpec's "Shared .agents skills" init target installs exactly that (.agents/skills/openspec-*/SKILL.md), so it works with Rovo today. Keeping this open to add a first-class rovodev option to the openspec init tool picker.
