Modify spec files if there is a mistake

What is the suggested workflow when the generated spec files are not what I was expecting?

Sometimes It happens that after executing the propose command and generating the spec files I find wrong stuff in the specs and tasks.

I want to know what is the procedure I need to do to fix the generated files and then run the apply.

This has a real answer now, so closing.

Two supported moves, both fine:

1. Edit the file. Artifacts are plain Markdown in openspec/changes/<name>/, and /opsx:apply reads whatever they currently say.
2. Run /opsx:update, which revises the artifacts and reconciles the rest of the change so a fixed spec does not leave tasks.md describing the old plan.

/opsx:update ships in the default profile, so openspec update in your project is all it takes. Added in #1278, released in v1.6.0. Full walkthrough: Editing & Iterating on a Change.

@wangyao11 you built your own /opsx-update before we shipped ours. Good instinct, sorry for the duplicate effort.
