The new Salesforce DX related force usedxauth command does not appear to be working

CLI version: v0.22.76
Platform: Mac OS X (10.10.5)
When passing a username according to the syntax indicated by force help usedxauth, the command throws the error: ERROR: invalid character 'U' looking for beginning of value

This has been revamped in 182768c. Additional testing would be helpful.

Also, the logins command now supports an --sfdx flag to include sf/sfdx sessions in the list as well.

And all commands that take the --account flag should be able to use sf/sfdx sessions now too.
