framework_tool for Desktop

I tried a few commends on my Desktop to find that some work and others not. I'm guessing differences in laptop and desktop may account but maybe not. Some results below

All expected.

--Power fails because non battery
--Pdports because none of the type C ports do power delivery
--Pd-info there's only a single PD controller, so all ok
--intrusion because there's no intrusion switch

The error messages could be better.
I was a bit lazy adding support for the desktop, I'll improve them.
