fix(data/gpu): drop the brand from the GTX 1660 Ti Mobile name

GPU names leave the brand to `manufacturer`, as the desktop
"GeForce GTX 1660 Ti" and the laptop "GeForce GTX 1650 Mobile" do:
1,130 of the 1,137 NVIDIA records and every AMD, ATI and Intel one.
