Allow taskflows to abort and check for errors in the audit scripts

Currently the audit scripts keep on marching on when a taskflow such as seclab_taskflows.taskflows.audit.fetch_source_code fails. But in most cases it'll make sense to abort the whole audit right away in such cases.
