Things look pretty horrible on mobile, however it may be too expensive to refactor now...

@mdcox and @ifjorissen will one of you take a stab at making this responsive? If it looks "impossible", which I suspect it will, can you put something up on mobile that simply says "come back on a tablet or computer" if a tablet or computer screen size is detected?...

@hustonhedinger : I made it so it shows just the graph without the dots or youtube video on phone sized screens. Most of the math of how it's laid out is in the js itself and works fine, it's just the problems of overlaying the html and svg together with the exception of the circles which I can't think of how to style them with a smaller radius and have them look good regardless of screen size.

Is this minimalist view fine, or should I put up the "Come back on a tablet/computer" screen?
