Easy:

• Artisan Crafting - no recipe/handler creates a clay ring (item defs exist: clay_ring_unfired 20052, clay_ring 20053, ring_mould 1592; but no soft-clay+mould recipe, no pottery-firing entry)
• Morgan the Merrier - Morgan (id 755) has no shop and no dialog file; also no obtainable clay ring to sell
• Bless Is More - handler exists (FatherAereck.kt:137-143) but no clay_ring is obtainable anywhere in the game - implemented but unreachable
• Nowt Tool Look At - no searchable "shed" object in Lumbridge Swamp (only lost_city_tree)
• It Was Dead Already! - no "dead tree" object in Lumbridge Swamp (only lost_city_tree, a normal tree clone)
• Come In Here and Say That - lesser_demon atop Wizards' Tower has no "Taunt" option (string absent from all data)
• Eye on the Prize - no telescope object in Draynor map data
• Draaaaaiiiiiins... - Draynor sewers spawn only rat, skeleton_*, and one quest NPC; no zombies

Notes

Add blocked tasks under the relevant area and tier using this format:

• task name - blocked by missing content

Examples of blockers:

• missing quest
• missing NPC/dialogue
• missing object interaction
• missing area
• missing minigame
• missing skilling method
• missing transport
• missing combat mechanic
• missing interface

Once the required content exists, mark the task as ready or move it back to the main achievement task issue.
