For country, could make life easier on the back-end if you had a dropdown menu? That way you wouldn't have to parse different names/spellings/abbreviations for countries (i.e., US, USA, United States, etc.).
For "model scale" , it would be handy to have the units in square miles in parentheses for us in the US that are still clinging to non-metric units
(from Kevin in ◘Model name needed as entry for form #15 ) I think it is very useful to have a name for the model as a quick identifier. It could be the title of the paper or etc, but I think this would be helpful. Currently, there is no way to identify a model other than as a citation. This can be fine, but it would be useful to create a unique identifier naming system (maybe) or just number the models.
